INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)

1/2 Cup Ice

60g serve (3 scoops) of WellboostTM Care Plus Chocolate or Wellboost TM Immuno Plus Chocolate

200ml of Low-Fat Milk

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
