• 180g serve (9 scoops) of WellboostTM Care Plus Neutral or Vanilla or Wellboost TM Immuno Plus Vanilla
  • 200ml of Water or Low-Fat Milk
  • 134 Cups of Self Raising Flour
  • 14 teaspoon of bi-carbonate of soda
  • 34 cup of caster sugar
  • 25g of unsalted butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract (1 if using Wellboost Vanilla)


Whisk Wellboost, water, egg, and vanilla together in a jug.

Sift flour and bicarbonate of soda into a bowl and stir in sugar.

Add Wellboost mixture and whisk well until combined.

Allow to stand in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Remove from the fridge and whisk again.

Heat non stick frypan on the stovetop and when hot pour in one cup of the mix.

Cook in batches and serve.
