REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@wellboost.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

Because our products are perishable this refund and returns policy does not apply to goods which have been opened or used in any way, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Wellboost will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
