WELLBOOST-MIXED-BERRY-VANILLA-SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)

1/2 Cup Ice

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

60g serve (3 scoops) of WellboostTM Care Plus Vanilla or Wellboost TM Immuno Plus Vanilla

200ml of Water or Low-Fat Milk

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
